Did you hear? We’re officially serving up Weekend Brunch at both Hitchin and St Albans. And trust us, it’s been worth the wait!
We spent a whole year perfecting our menu, testing out killer recipes on our friends, family, and team. Now, we’re ready to share our next-level brunch with YOU!
Expect awesome brunch classics, and some original smokehouse brunch specials, all served alongside top-notch coffee from local roastery Wooden Hill, plus breakfast cocktails such as margaritas, mimosas and the best damn Bloody Mary around.
This Mother’s Day in St Albans & Hitchin, treat Mum like the superstar she is with a feast at Craft & Cleaver. We’re rolling out a seriously special menu packed with bold flavours, smoked goodness & indulgent treats – all from £30.95.
Kick things off with Louisiana-style Cod Cheeks or our Lamb Birria Spring Roll, then dive into smokehouse classics like the Smokehouse Sampler or our Sweet & Sticky Barbecued Aubergine. Fancy something extra special? Go for our MSC Salmon Fillet, served up with a rich, Creamy Creole sauce. And for the grand finale? Brown Butter Pecan Pie.Yes, it’s as good as it sounds.
