One of our favourite ways to eat is with a sharing board (otherwise known as the Pitmaster Tray) in the middle of the table. Brisket. Burnt ends. Pulled Pork. Chilli. Creative sides. Everyone gets involved, everyone gets to try a bit of everything, and nobody spends the evening wondering if they ordered the wrong thing.
